OUR LOCATION
Hair Bungee is located in Australia, all orders are shipped from this location.
SHIPMENT PROVIDER
All shipping is provided by Australia Post for both local and international orders.
SHIPPING DAYS
We dispatch orders every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
FREE SHIPPING – NO TRACKING
Tracking is not available for the free shipping option (it's ridiculously expensive for small orders!) but is offered as an upgrade when checking out.
SHIPPING WITH TRACKING
If you have chosen to add Tracking to your order, the tracking number will be included in your 'Item Shipped' email confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME APPROXIMATE
AUSTRALIA (New AustPost Delivery Times):
East/Central Australia: Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
North/West Australia : Please allow up to 10 days.
USA/CANADA/UK/EUROPE: Please allow 15-20 working days.
OTHER AREAS: Please allow 30 working days.

Where is my order?
An estimate of shipping times are above. When calculating your approximate delivery time please note that 'working days' are Monday to Friday and any public holidays.
For example: 10 working days + 2 weekends (4 days) + 1 public holiday = 15 days.

We will provide all details regarding your order including shipping times and attempt to resolve the issue.
Proof of Shipping
All non-tracked and tracked orders are photographed with their consignment number prior to shipping.
Shipping Reliability
Rather than exclude countries that have dubious delivery services, we attempt to ship anywhere in the world. However if you reside in an area that is known for poor delivery services (eg. Africa, South America, Conflict Areas etc.) then we strongly recommend you obtain the Tracking Option at time of checkout. We do not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or non-delivery of orders in these areas without the Tracking Option. Wrong Name or Address
If you have accidentally provided wrong address details for shipping, please contact us immediately quoting the order number and corrections required at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
If the order has already been shipped then we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Non-Delivery (Lost/Stolen/Otherwise)
If your item is not delivered within an acceptable time frame and was purchased without the Tracking Option we are limited in they way we can assist.
Some deliveries have taken up to 3 months due to poor postal services which is outside of our control.
If we deem that the item has become lost, stolen or otherwise, we allow up to 4 months from the date of dispatch for the item to be returned to us.
Once received, we will re-send the item for free as long as the problem was not due to a wrong address, failure to collect or similar, otherwise we will offer to re-send the item for the additional cost of shipping or refund your purchase price less the original shipping cost.
If your item is not returned to us after the 4 month period and at our sole discretion, we will replace and re-send the item for the additional cost of shipping or refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping and handling.
